Questions?The Taber Gymnastics Fitness Club is a recreational and competitive gymnastics club dedicated to encouraging and supporting our many athletes to learn the skills of gymnastics through various activities and structured classes.
We provide children of all ages the opportunity to develop beginner, intermediate and advanced gymnastics skills in a FUN and controlled environment under the supervision of certified coaches. TGFC believes that gymnastics is a sport that can be enjoyed by anyone at any age. It is also a great recreational activity for everyone and every family. We welcome everyone to visit our facility to see for yourself what TGFC has to offer you and your family.

“Stronger, more confident”
I was nervous to start adult gymnastics but since the very first class I felt welcomed. Our instructor April was fantastic at looking at the whole classes varied abilities and making a class plan with different difficulty levels, so everyone could succeed each class! I felt stronger, more confident and can do some new, fun tricks! The gym, the instructor and the othe women were supportive!
