Event Guidelines
- One parent of the birthday child MUST be present at the party at all times.
- A "guest" is someone that will be participating on the gym floor during the party. Unpaid guests are not permitted on the gym floor during the party unless they are supervising adults - there is no charge the required supervisors. Other party attendees are encouraged to watch from the party room or viewing area.
- We encourage you to decorate the party room, however please be respectful. Our club does not allow any items to be tacked or taped to our facility walls or furniture. Please remember this when setting up your party in the party room.
- We strongly recommend that you have an appropriate number of adults attend in the party room for supervision.
- Please keep sick children at home!
- No loose fitted clothing. No buckles, no jewellery, and no zippers. Please tie long hair tie. No socks allowed on the gym floor – bare feet only. Warts must be covered.
- This is a NO SHOE facility. Please remove all footwear in the front entrance.
All participants, minor and adults, must fill out a waiver form at their first visit each fiscal year.
Cancellations will be accepted up to 14 days prior to the booked party date, but only a 50% refund will be given. Any cancellations made less than 14 days to the booked party date will not receive any refund. This cancellation policy is in place due to the fact that when a birthday party is booked, it takes it away from the public, preventing others from booking our facility in that space, if you cancel, it could be lost funds for our facility.
**Any change of date/time to the booked party at any time after initial booking may be subject to a $25.00 administration fee.**
