Cancellation Policy for Class

If you are wishing to request a credit/return for a class, please be advised that we will only consider doing so with the submission of the following form filled out in full, and received by a gym employee or board member.

                                                                      

We do not refund payments made for classes unless there is a medical issue with a doctors note. If a child doesn't like a class or doesn't want to go, or if there is another issue, each situation will be evaluated on an individual basis, and using the discretion of the Board of Directors, a decision will be made about whether or not we will credit your account to be used for another service with our club. If you do receive a credit, this credit can be used towards another class, birthday party, private lessons or facility rental, but NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. These credits must be used within a year of being issued.

Any credits issued to an account must be used within 1 year of being issued or it will be forfeited. EXCEPTION-Covid-19 Credits Received in April 2020 (*please note:these were the only credits offered since covid)- this has been extended to 2 years and must be used by April 2022!

This credit will be prorated for the amount of classes left in the session, not the classes that have already taken place.

The AGF fee is NON-REFUNDABLE as it is a fee paid to the AGF, not kept by our club.
