BIRTHDAY PARTY/HOURLY RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Cancellations will be accepted up to 14 days prior to the booked party date, but only a 50% refund will be given. Any cancellations made less than 14 days to the booked party date will not receive any refund. This cancellation policy is in place due to the fact that when a birthday party is booked, it takes it away from the public, preventing others from booking our facility in that space, if you cancel, it could be lost funds for our facility.

 

**Any change of date/time to the booked party at any time after initial booking will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee.**
