AGES 6 & UPOther than the one adult with the 1-2 year old, Unfortunately due to our obligation to follow rules with respect to COVID-19, the entire facility will be off limits to any adults or siblings at this time. We are doing our part to be safe and keep our athletes and staff safe during this unknown time. The only way we are able to open is if we are following rules set out for us. PARKOUR-trampolines are used for all classes
In this class, you will learn basic parkour skills in a safe environment. Parkour skills include basic rotations, Kong elements, wall flips, and other choice skills. Participants will be challenged in strength, power, muscular endurance, and flexibility.
You will then expand on basic parkour skills in a safe environment. Which will include more flipping, blending elements and more difficult skills.
Previous parkour experience is necessary and being able to do the following skills as a prerequisite: Back flips, wall spins and front flips.
