PARKOUR-
AGES 5 & UP
Parkour is an athletic training discipline in which you use various skills to get from point A to point B in the fastest and most efficient way possible! Parkour is an ever growing sport! In this class you will learn many skills to help your parkour journey; such as basic safety rolls and skills, Kong elements as well as many different flips. Participants will be challenged in strength, power, muscular endurance, and flexibility. You will learn and expand skills in a safe environment which will include more challenging skills
Previous parkour experience is necessary for advanced class and being able to do the following skills as a prerequisite: Back flips, wall spins and front flips.

Friday - 1:00-2:00 pm - 5 weeks - $75
Saturday - 10:00-11:00 am - 5 weeks - $75
Intermediate/Advanced -1.5 hours
Friday - 2:00-3:30 - 5 weeks - $112.50
Saturday - 11:00-12:30 pm - 5 weeks - $112.50
