How do I register for a class?
All registration is done within our registration portal; this includes classes, birthdays and hourly rentals. On each page, there is a button, simply click on the button, log into your account, add the class(es) to your cart, and complete the registration. If you don't have an account, you can click on the same link to create a new account.

What is TGFC's class CANCELLATION POLICY?​
If your child needs to be removed from a class due to a medical emergency, we will require a doctors note. After the doctors note is provided, the remaining classes will either be refunded or credited to your account.
If your child is removed from a class for any reason, other than medical, no refund will be available, however, a credit for the remaining classes will be added to your account and can be used at a later date.

What should a gymnast wear?
While leotards are always an option, they are not necessary. Gymnasts should be dressed in comfortable clothing, like a tank top/t-shirt and shorts or leggings, with long hair pulled back.
The following should NOT be worn as it could get caught on the equipment:
jeans, belts, skirts, zippers, buckles, dresses, snaps, hats, jewelry
Bare feet only! Socks are permitted to cover warts.
Do we offer make up classes?
If a class is cancelled for something that is in our control, due to a choice the club has made, we will offer a make up class.
If school is cancelled due to weather, we will also cancel classes without making up a class.

When are you closed?
We are closed (no classes) on statutory holidays and Sundays. Fall Session: National Truth and Reconciliation-Sept 30, Thanksgiving Monday, Halloween-October 31, Remembrance Day- November 11
Christmas Holidays between sessions
Winter Session: Family week, Easter week (starting Good Friday)
Spring Session: Victoria Day
Are you closed on PD days?
No, we do not close on PD days, each school has different PD days, and we are unable to close on all of them.

Do I have to stay and watch my kiddo in class?
If your child is in the Adult & Tot class, you are required to be there. You are more than welcome to stay and watch from the viewing room, but you don't need to stay unless your child needs assistance utilizing the washroom as our staff is not permitted to help.

Can my child bring food to eat in the gym?
No food or drink (other than water) is allowed on the gym floor! However, food and drink are allowed in the viewing rooms!
Alberta Gymnastics Federation Insurance:
What is it?
As an active member of the Alberta Gymnastics Federation, we are governed by their rules. Insurance is a mandatory requirement that, as a club, we submit to the AGF on each athletes behalf to protect both parties.
When is it valid?
AGF insurance is valid from June 1 until July 31. No matter when in the year it is purchased, it expires July 31.
Is it refundable?
AGF Insurance is NON-Refundable.

​​​What happens if we left our water bottle at the gym?
​ All water bottles will be placed into the lost and found at the end of every day. Once the session is over, all water bottles are disposed of.

How do I register for a class if I am using the assistance of KidSport or JumpStart?
You will register and pay upfront for the class as usual. Once we have received the funding from the subsidy program, we will refund you that amount they have sent.
