Athletes on our Demo Team will participate in GymFest, an exciting annual gymnastics Festival held over one weekend each spring in Calgary or Edmonton (location TBD). GymFest brings clubs together from across Alberta for skill-building workshops, team bonding and a group performance.

-This is a full season commitment running from September to June.

-September to December: athletes will develop fundamental tumbling, leaps, turns, dance and beginner cheer stunts.

-January to May: Coaches will begin choreographing and refining the teams GymFest performance.

-Following GymFest: athletes will finish the year by learning new skills, participating in team building activities to celebrate a successful season.
